A natural way to clean you bathroom is to take an empty spray bottle and fill with half water and half vinegar. This can be used throughout the home (always patch test and DO NOT use on porous materials like marble) but is especially useful in the kitchen and bathroom. There are many ways to easily infuse vinegar with beautiful smells, some great ones to try are citrus peels, lavender, pine etc. You simply let the vinegar absorb for around two weeks, sieve and store properly. Our Natural DIY Cleaning Recipe eBook discusses this in length.

If your shower head is looking pretty gross with mineral deposits try this trick! Fill a plastic bag with vinegar and place it over the shower head. Ensure the head is fully submerged. Leave it over night and in the morning brush it off with an old clean toothbrush!

Number four:

Use vinegar and baking soda. Vinegar and baking soda are two of the best natural cleaning products you can use in the bathroom. To clean your shower or bathtub, simply mix equal parts of vinegar and baking soda into a paste, apply it to the surface, and let it sit for a few minutes. Then, rinse it off with water and dry the surface.

Number five:

Clean your toilet with baking soda and lemon. To clean your toilet, mix baking soda and lemon juice together until you have a thick paste. Then, apply the paste to the inside of the toilet bowl and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Scrub the bowl with a toilet brush and then flush. The baking soda and lemon will clean and deodorize the bowl, leaving it smelling fresh.

Number six:

Use castile soap for cleaning. Castile soap is a versatile cleaning product that can be used to clean almost anything in the bathroom, from the sink and countertops to the tiles and shower. Simply mix a few drops of castile soap with water in a spray bottle, spray the surface, and wipe it down with a cloth.
